It would be silly for us to give you access to a great website package without the proper training, guidance, help and support. We want you to get the most out of our Click Edit Live CMS software and we want to know that you are benefiting from having access to your website content online, 24/7.

CMS Training

Training is really important to us, it is provided just before your website goes live and you have access to the Click Edit Live CMS. This ensures you know how all the little buttons, menus and sections of the Click Edit Live CMS works - not just in general but in relation to your own site.

Every site has different requirements and Ezone can offer a range of suitable training options as part of your Click Edit Live package - whether this be attendance at our monthly training session, one to one bespoke training, telephone conferencing or even virtual classroom training.

Ongoing Click Edit Live CMS Support

At Ezone we take our responsibility as software providers very seriously and never want our relationship with our clients to become static. We are always on hand to answer questions and our CMS system is fully equipped with an integrated support ticketing service (for reporting faults, issues or general questions to Ezone).
